We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 3-5 working days after the order has been placed. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online.Perona is responsible for each order in transit up until it is delivered to you.

This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However we endeavor to deliver orders within 5 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays).

returns / exchanges

All designs by Perona undergo rigorous quality checks. We try our best to ensure every product reflects our commitment to perfection. However, in case the chosen style does not match up to your expectation, please email us on connect@perona.com to facilitate an exchange or return.

No exchange and no return for sale merchandise.

We will return any item (s) in the same state as you received them in provided that:

  • All labels and tags are still attached
  • Is in a new condition
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Has no perfume or makeup stains

Other Terms & Conditions for returns:

  • No exchange and no return for sale merchandise.
  • Perona follows a 15-day return policy. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns will be issued only after product is received at the warehouse/store & after quality check.
  • Perona reserves the right to reject any returns if it finds the returned products to be used or in unsatisfactory condition.
  • Customers should make sure that the packet is sealed completely before handing over to courier partners. Packaging is to be done in the original box.
  • For Credit Card/Net Banking, return will be done through payment gateway. It typically takes 3 to 5 days for returns to reflect in to customer’s account, this being completely dependent on the bank.
  • Perona will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input/details provided by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided for returns.
  • In case the customer has purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and they wish to return the main item, then they will have to return the free product as well.
  • The price of the products can change from time to time. The maximum value of the refund will be the amount paid by the customer to purchase the product/item as per the invoice generated.
  • Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
  • We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors. such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
  • Every single piece designed & produced at Perona goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

cancel orders

Customers can cancel an order until it has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
